Coach Chalean's Workout Program

  •  Los Lunas High School USATF Zia X-Country Meet -5K, 1st Place in the 55-59 age-group, Time - 22:58,  
  • 3000 Meter Run National All-American Standard for Age Group 55-59
  •  Run For The Zoo 5K 1st Place (55-59 age group) 22:33 
  • Women Distance Festival 5K - Time 21:43
  • Marathon Relay second place in the Coed division consist of 62 teams (AAT's Team had 4 children the ages of 11 and 12 and myself)
  • X-Country State Championships 5K Run, 1st place, time 24:14 
  • Turkey Trek 5K Run - 1st Place in the (55-59 age group), Time 21:09, 18th place overall females
